W=EAS, the City of Anahei has heretofore enterd
Into A7 No. 07-5055, includin Sunplement No. 1 theretn,
with the State of California Droartment of Transnortation,
relatin to the use of TA:dral funds for certain improvements
or restoration of roads, streets, hiFhways, frinEe. Parkin,
and transnortation facilities; and
HEREAS, November 22, 1977, the parties subssquently
executed Supplements No. 2 and No. 3 to said A:7,reelent; and
1 =REAS, the parties desire to execute Supplement
Ho. 4 to said Areement to enable the City of Anaheim to obtain
funds necessary for the acquisition of ri7ht-of-way on Crscent
Aw.lnue from 7uclid Street to 3rookhurst Street; and
WHEREAS, Supplement 4 to said Areerrent has been
nrePared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City Council of the City of friahe.il
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E TT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Sunplement No. 4 are hereby approved and
accented.
1311 IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Riayor anJ City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Suppler:Lent
Ho. 4 on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
