A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 07 THE
CITY OF ANAHEI APPROVING THE TERNS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
ANAHEIM FFDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need•of rai
property acquisition services; and
1:TETREAS, an aNreement, entitled "Cooperation
Agreement No. 11 'or Property Acquisition and Relocation
Assistance Services" (hereinafter "A7reement") has been prepared;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of ila?eeillent are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, ]1E IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said A7reement are hereby approved and accepted.
3E IT FURTNER RESOLVED that the TTa.yor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
AFfreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
