RELATING TO ESTADLISH=T OF A co
BOUNDARY LINE, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIA.YOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGRE=NT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the City of Orane
have heretofore entered into a certain boundary lin a7reernt
dated March 4, 1957; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Agreement, said
cities desire to adjust the common boundary and sphere line
as set forth in said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, an A71-eement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 10 RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of -n
Agreement between the City of Anaheim and the City of Orange
relating to the establishing of a common boundary line be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
17 10 FURTHER RESOLVED that the IN,ayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to xcut
said Areement for and on behalf of the City of Anahe:im.
