1979-057RESOLUTION NO. 732- 57 A RESOLUTION 07 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAFEIM .nDOPTING TH7 PR7CISE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALIGN AVENUE BETWEEN FAREOR BOULEVARD AND OLIVE ST77ET wITH.TH THE CITY OF ANAHEIT.J. IN ACCORDANCE WIT EXHIBITS "A" AND "7" WHERES, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore adoPted Resolution No. 77R-65 establishing the Feneral right-of-way alignment for Lincoln Avenue and various other streets within RedevPlopment Project Alpha; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore certified to the preparation and consideration of Environmental Impact Report Nos. 140, 133, and 199 relating to the alignment of said streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the public interest, welfare, and necessity to adopt a precise right-of-way alignment for a portion of Lincoln Avenue at this time as hereinafter set forth. NOW, Ti EREFORE, 27 IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby adopt a Precise Right-of-Way Alignment for Lincoln Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and Olive Street within the City of Anaheim as legally described on Exhibit "A" and diagramed on Exhibit "E.," which exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was signed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of January 1979. ATTEST: Al CIT.
