1979-049WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Berryman
Stephenson, Inc., have heretofore entered into an Agreement
for engineering services for preparation of construction
plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify said
Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of an Addendum
to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Addendum to Agreement are hereby
accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Addendum to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day
