1979-037WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim heretofore entered into an
agreement with Intermountain Power Project, a nonprofit corporation
of the State of Utah, to study the feasibility of financing and
construction a coal fueled steam electric generating station; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said agreement
entitled the Intermountain Power Project Membership and Study
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 4 has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Amendment No. 4 are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Utilities Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Amend-
ment No. 4 on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of January
1979.
