RESOLUTION NO. 79R- 36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -809 WHICH ESTAB-
LISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR PROGRAM MANAGERS
AND MODIFYING CERTAIN JOB CLASSES AND RATES OF
COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, the modification of existing classes has been recommended
in order to implement a reorganization of City departments, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R -809 which established rates of compensation for Program Managers, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modi-
fication of these job classes is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
The following job classes shall be retitled:
Current Title
New Title
Assistant Public Utilities Manager
Assistant Finance Director Resources
Section 2.
The following classification shall be retitled and the salary shall be adjusted:
Salary Amended Amended Salary
Current Classification Schedule Classification Schedule
Accounting Officer X1280 A -E Assistant Finance Director- X1454 A -E
Accounting
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be
the effective date of the City Ordinances implementing the City reorganization
plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R -809 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of
January 1979.
