1979-035WHEREAS, the modification of existing classes has been recommended
in order to implement a reorganization of City departments, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R -819 which established rates of compensation for job classes desig-
nated as Executive Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
modification of these job classes is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1.
The following job classes shall be retitled:

ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND MODIFYING
CERTAIN JOB CLASSES AND RATES OF COMPENSATION.
Section 2.
The following classification shall be retitled and the salary shall be

The effective date of this resolution shall be the effective date
of the City Ordinances implementing the City reorganization plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R -819 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
