1979-028A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BERRYMAN STEPHENSON,
INC., TO FURNISH ENGINEERING SERVICES AND AUTH-
ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(Magnolia Avenue Storm Drain Facility)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of engineering
services in connection with the design and construction of a storm
drain facility for Magnolia Avenue between the A03504 Channel and
La Palma Avenue; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of January
1979.
