A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE RESCISSION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INSTALLATION COSTS; AND ATJTHORIZING THE MAYO=
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT OF
RESCISSIOv ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
(CALIFORNIA COMPUTER PRODUCTS, INC.)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and California Computer
Products, Incorporated, have heretofore entered into an Agreement
for Reimbursement of Traffic Signal Installation Costs dated
July 11, 197? (hereinafter "Agreement and
NHERt,AS, the parties thereto mutually desire to rescind
said Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement of Rescission has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of an Agreement of Rescission between California Computer
Products, Inc. and the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement of
Rescission for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of January
19 79.
