A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH BARBARA L. TORRES IN
CONNECTION WITH HANDWRITING AND DOCUMENT
EXAMINATION SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres
entered into an Agreement effective February 3, 1976, for
handwriting and document examination services; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend
said Agreement to extend the term of said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Third
Amendment to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of this Third Amendment to Agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Barbara L. Torres effective
February 3, 1976, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day
of January 1979.
