UHLREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahejm. did,
ley resolution duly posted and published, p notice o its
Intention to vacate and abandon the public streot or a
hersinafter described; and
=REAS, on the irth day of January, 197, a public
hearing was held to allow interssted Persons to submit evidence
concernin said proposed vacation and abandonlment; and
WH=EAS, the City Council of the city of i hi: does
find, from the evidence submitted, that the Public street or
alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for
present or prospective public street purposss; and

public convenience and necessity require the reservation and
exception of tha easement and ri7ht of way hereinafter

THEREFORL, T37 IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Pnaheim does hereby order the vacntion and
abandonment of Pio Vista Street south of 'a.ner Avenue, more
specifically described as follows:
'That portion of dedicated public street ripTht of way
commonly known as Rio Vista Street located in the
City of AnaheiM, County of Oran, State of Californin,
1yin7 within a portion of the ::4orthwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South.,
"Rnm7e 9 West, and a portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 1 Township 4
South, Ran E.e 10 'Jest, S.E.D. M., and that portion
of said roadway described in the irrevocable offsr of
dedication recorded in Book 351, pa7es 305 and 305
records of said OranFe County, all bounded on the
north by the southerly line of Warmer Avenue and
bounded on the south by the Hancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana. Rancho line, all more particularly
