1979-018A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -129 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART -TIME CLASSIFICA-
TIONS AND ADJUSTING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR SELECTED
CLASSIFICATIONS TO COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM WAGE LAW.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 3, 1979 that the rates of compensation of selected classifi-
cations be adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 78R -129 which
established rates of compensation for unrepresented part -time classifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adjusting
the rates of compensation for these classifications is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the rates of compensation of the following classifications be adjusted to
the respective salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master effective
January 5, 1979:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
