90-071 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT PERTAINING
TO THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE
ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES).
WHEREAS, the Regional Water Quality Control Board is
authorized to issue permits pertaining to the National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System (NPDES); and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the City of
Anaheim apply for and secure such a permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Engineer is
hereby authorized to sign an application for a permit pertaining
to NPDES from the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of March ,
1990.
