A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2417 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 72R -445 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2417 on
October 3, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R -445; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of.
the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2417 be, and the same is
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 72R -445 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of January
19 79
