1979-013WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit No. 523 on February 11, 1964, by Resolution No. 64R -100; and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 523 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 64R -100 be declared null and void.
