RESOLUTION NO. 79R- 12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 78R -516 ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC SIGNAL
FEES AND ADOPTING A NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL
FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 8, 1978, adopt
a Traffic Signal Fee Schedule by Resolution No. 78R -516; and
WHEREAS said fees were incorrectly stated therein; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal Resolution No.
78R -516 and adopt a new Resolution establishing a Traffic Signal
Fee Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R -516 is hereby re-
pealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby adopt the following fee schedule for traffic signals:
Residential Dwelling Unit 36.00 per unit
Lodging 36.00 /Room
Retail Sales Services to 50,000 GSF 180.00 /1000 GSF
Retail Sales Services above 50,000 GSF 130.00/1000 GSF
General Office Institutional 80.60 /1000 GSF
Medical Facilities 130.00/1000 GSF
Industrial Buildings 30.00/1000 GSF
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Building Division shall collect said fees for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day
of January 197.
