1979-008A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY
OF ANAHEIM IM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH LEGAL AID
SOCIETY OF ORANGE COUNTY PROVIDING FOR AMEND-
MENT OF THE TERM AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Legal Aid Society of
Orange County entered into an Agreement dated October 1, 1978,
(hereinafter "Agreement to make available Public Services Employ-
ment to residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the Parties to amend.
said A,:;reement to provide for changing the tern thereof to October
1, 1978, through September 30, 1979, and to provide for additional
compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Amendment
to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and the Legal Aid. Society
of Orange County providing for amendment of the term thereof to
October 1, 1978, through September 30, 1979, and for additional
compensation be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of January
19 79
