RESOLUTION NO. 79R -7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MAGNOLIA
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING FOR AMEND-
MENT OF THE TERM AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Magnolia Elementary
School District entered into an Agreement to make available Public
Services Employment to residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said Agreement to provide for changing the term thereof to October 1,
1978, through September 30, 1979, and to provide for additional com-
pensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the Magnolia Elementary School District dated October 1, 1978, as
amended, providing for amendment of the term thereof to October 1,
1978, through September 30, 1979, and for additional compensation,
be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of January
