A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INC., PROVIDING
FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TERM THEREOF, AND FOR
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Orange County Community
Development Council, Inc., entered into an agreement to make avail-
able Public Services Employment to residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said Agreement to extend the term thereof from October 1, 1978,
through September 30, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the Orange County Community Development Council, Inc., providing
for amendment of the term thereof to extend through September 30,
1979, and for additional compensation be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of January
19 79
