A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
716.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 716 on June 21, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Conditional Use Permit No. 716 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 716 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated.
THE FOREGING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day o August, 1979.
