A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A PERMIT WITH THE ORANGE
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FOR USE OF CERTAIN OF
DISTRICT'S PROPERTY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MIRALOMA AVENUE STORM DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to construct cer-
tain storm drain improvements in Miraloma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it will be necessary for the City to enter in
and upon certain property belonging to the Orange County Water
District to construct said improvements; and
WHEREAS, a permit has been prepared to allow the City
to enter the property of the Orange County Water District, the
terms of which are satisfactory to the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve said permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of that certain
permit between the City and the Orange County Water District to
enter certain of District's property for construction of the
Miraloma Avenue storm drain be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said permit on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day kugust, 1979.
