1979-452WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated August 1, 1979 that a certain job classification be created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R -688 which established rates of compensation for classes represented
by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 47, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classification be created and allocated to
the Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 1.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -688 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF
ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL UNION NO. 47, AND CREA-
TING A NEW CLASS.

RESOLUTION NO. 79R- 452
That effective August 3,1979 through October 11, 1979 inclusive, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Sche-
dule Master.
Section 2.
That effective October 12, 1979 the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future
be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the follo-
wing salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R -688 shall remain in full force and effect.
