parking meters (hereinafter "Property and
WEEREAS, the City has determined said parking meters to
be surplus Property and no longer needed for City use; and

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN SUR-
PLUS CITY PROPERTY TO THE HALLOWEEN COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City desires to sell said surplus Property;
WHEREAS, the Halloween Committee desires to purchase
said Property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has de-
termined that it would be in the best interests of the City to
sell said Property to the Halloween Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the reasonable
value of said Property is Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per meter; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms of
which are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and conditions
of said agreement with the Halloween Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of July, 1979.
