A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITIES AGREEMENT
NO. 7Ut -5224 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with relocation work
necessitated by the construction on adjustment of sanitary
sewer manhole covers to grade within the area to be
resurfaced on State College Boulevard, between Orangewood
Avenue and Route 91 Freeway, the Department of Transportation
of the State of California has submitted Utilities Agreement
No. 7Ut -5224; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agree-
ment are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
Agreement with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of July, 1979.
