1979-426WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
transportation and circulation study for its commercial and
recreation area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement (hereinafter "Agreement
has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 79R -337,
approving a previous form of said Agreement, be, and the same
is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of July,
1979.
