RESOLUTION NO. 79R 418
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A CONSOLIDATED PERMIT
FEE FOR BUS SHELTERS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has concurrently
herewith approved a license agreement for the construction
of bus shelters within the City; and
WHEREAS, said license agreement requires the
licensee to obtain all requisite permits and licenses, in-
cluding building and electrical permits, prior to the
construction of any such shelter; and
WHEREAS, the existing building and electrical
permit fee schedules, business license and inspection fees
do not establish permit fees for bus shelters; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest, welfare and
convenience to establish a consolidated permit fee for bus
shelters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that a consolidated permit fee is
hereby established for bus shelters in the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) per shelter; said permit fee to be in lieu
of individual business license fees, business license
inspection fees, building permit fees, electrical permit fees,
and encroachment permit fees otherwise required for each bus
shelter. Said consolidated permit fee shall not include any
business license fee required of the licensee for the conduct
of business within the City, or any electrical connection or
hookup fees otherwise applicable.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of July,
1979.
