A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND CONVENIENCE SAFETY CORP. OF
LOS ANGELES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to permit the
installation and maintenance of bus shelters at certain
locations within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Convenience Safety Corp. of Los Angeles
desires to enter into a license agreement with the City for
the purpose of installing and maintaining said bus shelters;
and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of the
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Convenience
Safety Corp. of Los Angeles be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said license agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City. of Anaheim this 17th day of July, 1979.
