A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GOTTFRIED CONSULTANTS,
INC. FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires specialized finan-
cial consulting services; and
WHEREAS, the required financial consulting services are
of a type and complexity that require special knowledge and tech-
nical expertise; and
WHEREAS, Gottfried Consultants, Inc. is qualified and
willing to provide said specialized services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement providing for the furnishing of
said specialized services has been submitted to the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be for
the benefit and in the best interests of the City to approve the
proposed agreement between the City of Anaheim and Gottfried
Consultants, Inc., and that the same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Agreement this day submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into between the City of
Anaheim and Gottfried Consultants, Inc. providing for specialized
financial consulting services upon the terms and conditions and
for the compensation set forth in said Agreement be and the same
is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of July, 1979.
