1979-407WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 176 on
November 17, 1952; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
said Variance No. 176 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 176 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
the action of November 17, 1952, approving Variance No. 176 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day „,,of July, 1979.
