1979-390WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain real
property located northeast of the Santa Ana Freeway and southerly
of the terminus of Citron Street within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore leased a portion of said
property to C K Skateparks, Inc. (hereinafter "C K") and Franted
an option to C h to lease the remaining portion of said property;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to sell, and John J. Kosler.and
Michael T. Collins desire to purchase, said property at the current
time; and
WHEREAS, a Purchase and Sale Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, OK IT PLESOEVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of the Purchase and
Sale Agreement by and between the City of Anaheim and John J. KoFler
and Michael T. Collins for the sale of certain City-owned property
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
ilreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
Ti E FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day July, 1979.
