RESOLUTION NO. 79R -389
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GM
TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS DIVISION, GENERAL
MOTORS CORPORATION, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of services
in connection with the conducting of an Urban Energy Assessment
Program; and
WHEREAS, GM Transportation Systems Division of General
Motors Corporation is qualified to perform such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of July, 1979.
