A RESOLUTIOn OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A1\jAHEL1 APPROVING TmE TERliS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAH=
AND CASTANEDA-BERG a: ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE 7.:;lAY0R AND CITY CLERK. TO EXECCTE SAID
AGRF,EENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to engase the ser-
vices of a qualified consultant to prepare a Rousing Element for
the General Plan of the City; and
WHEREAS, Castaneda-Berg Associates is qualified to
perform said services on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
THEREFORE, 2E IT RESOE= by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an aEreement
between the City of Anaheim and Castaneda-3er Associates be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
3E IT FliTnER RESOEVEJ that the Biayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of July, 1979.
