A RESOLUTION! OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY AND AUTII-
ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(License No. BM- 72043 -22)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company "Santa Fe
to construct an overhead electric 12kV power line across Santa
Fe's right of way at Alec Street and Ball Road at Tile Post
169 +1376.23; and
WHEREAS, a License Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
NO`;J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said License Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the iiJayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
TILE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of July, 1979.
