RESOLUTION NO. 79R -380
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.
(La Mesa Street and Kraemer Place)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et
sea., Government Code) in connection with vacation and
abandonment of public service easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate, abandon, and close to public use the
following described public service easement, to wit:
That certain public utility easement, 10 foot
in width located approximately 93 feet North
of La Mesa Avenue and approximately 160 feet
west of Kraemer Place.
as said easement is shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at
a public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in
the City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
July 17, 1979
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIOi is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim th 26th day of
June, 1979.
