A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY
OF ANAHEII ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND AUTHORIZ-
ING PA=AT THEREFOR (SUBSTATION SITE).
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore authorized tne
purchase of property located on the east side of Fairmont Boulevard,
south of Santa Ana Canyon Road as a substation site; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office is in possession of
a deed to said property together with the title documents in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds tnat it is in the best
interests of the City to purchase said property for a total consi-
deration of :104,385.00 to be disbursed as in this Resolution set
forth.
nO6r, THEREFORE, BE IT RE60_,VED by tne City Council of the
Gity of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept, that
certain grant deed dated June 14, 1979, signed by Gloria Rowe,
covering tne following described real prooerty:
That portion of the land Allotted to Paula Peralta De
Dominguez as described in the Final Decree of Partition
of the Rancno Santiago de Santa Ana which was entered
9-12-1868 in Look B, pale 410 of Judgments of the
District Court of the Seventeenth Judicial District in
and for Los Angeles County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the land de-
scribed in the deed recorded February 15, 195 in Book
8520, page 934, Official Records; thence following
along a portion of the boundary of the land conveyed in
the above hlentioned deed, the following courses and
distances: 5 52 39' 40" W, 233.03 feet; thence S 08
42' 20" E, 230.00 feet to an anile point in the north.-
westerly line of the land described as Parcel 1 in tho
deed to Laynard S. Reynolds and wife, recorded Uay
195 in 3oo0. 2729, page 522, Official Records, said
point being designated as Point D; thence 3 71 00'
10" W, 1.39 feet to an intersection with the easterly
right of way line of Fairmont Boulevard, as described
in the deed recorded 11-3-1975 in Book 11556, page
1784, Official Records; thence A 37 06' 56" k 241.36
feet; thence N 52 35' 40" E, 113.14 feet; thence N
3 41 40" 200.00 feet; thence N 5;] 39' 4o"
233.0 feet; thence 3 33 41' 40" E, 240.00 feet to
the point of be•inninz.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to draw City warrants
in the following amounts and payable to the following parties:
