1979-374WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has obtained competi-
tive bids for the financing of computer equipment required for
its Library Circulation System; and
WHEREAS, United California Bank was the successful
bidder and has submitted a proposal dated June 13, 1979 for a
lease purchase for said equipment and an Equipment Lease, the
terms of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms of said
Proposal dated June 13, 1979 and Equipment Lease for computer
equipment required for the Library Circulation System are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Librarian be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute all docu-
ments necessary to complete the transaction in connection with
the lease of such computer equipment on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of
June 1979.
