1979-371WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into an
Agreement, Lease and Sublease (hereinafter "Agreement
on certain City property described therein, with Matreyek
Homes, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, part of the consideration for said
Agreement was that Matreyek Homes, Inc. was to construct
four lighted tennis courts and attendant parking lots;
and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said Agree-
ment to permit Matreyek Homes, Inc. to pay for the cost
of said tennis courts and parking lots; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement, Lease
and Sublease has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said First Amendment to Agreement, Lease and
Sublease on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of
June, 1979.
