1979-367A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH EMIGDIO C. VASQUEZ IN
CONNECTION WITH THE YOUTH MURALS PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGEEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Emigdio C. Vasquez
entered into an agreement for the employment of an instructor
to train and supervise young people participating in the Youth
Murals Project funded with Community Development Block Grant
funds dated November 22, 1977; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said agreement by modifying the hourly rate for
instruction and extending the terms thereof one (1) year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of this Second Amendment to Agreement between the
City of Anaheim and Emigdio C. Vasquez modifying the hourly
rate for instruction and extending the terms thereof one (1)
year be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
Second Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City. Council of the City of Anaheim this 26thday of June, 1979.
