The General Plau ALiend,dent does consider the following: 1. Chanins the land use desi nation for the :property located on the east side of Harbor 3ou1evard approximately 670 feet north of the centerline o_ Chaom.an Avenue, consistinE of aPproximately 17.1 acres, (hereinafter "Area I") in accordance with exhibits pre- sented to the PlanninL; Commission; and 2. A the text of the General Plan to authorize mobile- ho parks in commercial areas. WhEREAS, at said public he the City Planning Commis- sion did duly adopt its Resolution o. Po( 9-05 containinE a reoort of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that said Amendment to the General Plan desig- nated as Amendment No. 150 be adopted by the City Council, cnanginig the land use designation for the aforedescribea Area I in accordance with Exhibit "A" and amending the text of the General Plan to auth- orize mobilehome parks in commercial areas; and HEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 19th day of June, 1979, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the City Hall as the place for a public hearin on said Proposed Amendment No. 150 and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and WHEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all nersons interested therein an oppor- tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and did consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, One City Council does find and determine that Amendment No. 150 changing the land use designations in the afore- described Area I in accordance with Exhibit "A" on file with the City should be approved and the text of the General Plan should be amended as recommended by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 150 to the General Plan chanzina the land use desirz,nation for the aforodescribed Area I in accordance with Exhibit "A" on file with the City be, and the same is hereby, aperoved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, as a part of said Amendment No. 150, that the text of the General Plan be, and the same is hereby, amended to authorize mobilebome parks in commercial areas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the P1annin' Department be, and it is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plan Niap and text to conform to General Plan Amendment No. 150, as herein adopted and approved.
