1979-359WHEREAS, Canal Randolph Anaheim, Inc. is the owner
of certain property located within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Canal Randolph
Anaheim, Inc. have heretofore entered into a lease dated
June 15, 1977, and extended to June 30, 1979 by the First
Amendment to said lease, for the leasing of certain facilities
to the City for use by the Anaheim Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to amend the
terms of said lease by extending the term to June 30,
1980 at this time; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Lease has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
Second Amendment to Lease by and between the City of Anaheim
and Canal Randolph Anaheim, Inc. be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Second Amendment to Lease for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of June, 1979.
