WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Bonafide Security
Service entered into an a greement for security patrol service dated
:axon 29, 1977, pursuant to 2,esolution io. 77R -216, and the parties
thereto amended. said agreement on June 21, 1977, pursuant to reso-
lution No. 77R -443, and on June 27, 1975, pursuant to Resolution
:To. 71R -417; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, the payment was
Three Hundred Dollars G300.00) per month and the agreement shall
terminate at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1979; and
}WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said ar;reement to increase payments to '_hree Hundred Fifty Dollars
0350.00) per month and extend the term thereof one (1) year.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheix, this 19th day of June, 1979.
