A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
(Lewis- Dowling Line, Mile Post 512.75C at
Cerritos Avenue)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim's Public Utility
desires to install a 69kV circuit on the Lewis Dowling
line at Mile Post 512.75C at the Cerritos Avenue crossing;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the City of Anaheim will be authorized to install said
circuit across Southern Pacific Transportation Company's
tracks at said location; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
June, 1979.
