1979-351WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the California State Library for Federal
Library Services and Construction Act Funds for the extension
and improvement of public library services both to geographic
areas and to groups of people without adequate services; and
WHEREAS, the California State Library has awarded to
the City of Anaheim a grant of funds in the sum of $46,000 for
the purpose of said outreach program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
specify its acceptance of said grant award and agrees to
administer the grant project in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth in or incorporated by reference in
said grant award.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
June, 1979.
