1979-344WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 8, 1979that certain new job classes be created, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creation
of these classifications is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
Section 1.
RESOLUTION NO. 79R -344
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R -703 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEES UNIT, AND
CREATING NEW CLASSIFICATIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That effective June 22, 1979 through October 11, 1979 inclusive, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classificationslisted
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule
Master.

Parking Checker I 601 J E
Parking Checker II U 663 A E
Section 2.
That effective October 12, 1979 the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future
be employed in the classificationslisted below shall be allocated to the following
salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

Parking Checker II U 703 A E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R -703 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of June 1979.
