A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78R -660 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND SUPER-
VISORY, TO CHANGE THE TITLES OF EXISTING CLASSIFICATIONS,
ADJUST A SALARY SCHEDULE AND CREATE NEW CLASSIFICATIONS TO
IMPLEMENT THE 1979 -80 RESOURCE ALLOCATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 8, 1979 that the following job titles be changed and the new classi-
fications created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
78R -660 which established rates of compensation for classes designated as Staff
and Supervisory Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that changing such titles, adjusting
a salary schedule and creating such classifications is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Section 1.
That these existing classifications shall be retitled as follows:
Current Title
Manpower Assistant
Manpower Specialistl I
Manpower Specialist II
Senior Recreation Supervisor
Section 2.
New Title
CETA Assistant
CETA Specialist I
CETA Specialist II
Recreation Services Manager
That the salary schedule for the following classification be adjusted to the
following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

That the following new classifications be created at the respective salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

Section 4.
That the effective date of this resolution shall be June 22, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 78R -660 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of June 1979.
