A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION, ORANGE COUNTY
TRANSIT DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE,
IN CONNECTION WITH THE ANAHEIM COMMERCIAL/
RECREATION AREA TRANSPORTATION AND CIRCULATION
MANAGEMENT STUDY; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
transportation and circulation study for its commerical
and recreation area; and
WHEREAS, an agreement (hereinafter "Agreement
has been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of
June, 1979.
