A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO AN EXTENSION OF TIME
TO COMPLETE CERTAIN HISTORIC PRESERVATION
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City did, by Agreement dated November 21,
1978, retain the services of Thomas V. Reeve II "Consultant
to perform certain historic preservation consulting services;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4. Time of Performance,
a draft report was to be presented by May 21, 1979; and
WHEREAS, Consultant has encountered unforeseen diffi-
culties in the securing of volunteers to assist in the performance
of consulting services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does consent to an extension of time to
expire September 1, 1979, for Consultant to present the draft
report required by Section 4 of said Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of June,
1979.
