RESOLUTION NO. 79R -317
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONIDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1646 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 76R -607
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1646 on September 28, 1976, by Resolution No. 76R -607; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has recauested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1646 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1646 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. 76R -607 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and a opted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th •.y •:y, 1979.
