A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH
JAMES M. MONTGOMERY CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to employ an
engineer to furnish engineering services in connection with
the design of a two million gallon reservoir at the Lenain
Filtration Plant; and
WHEREAS, James M. Montgomery Consulting Engineers,
Ins., is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Agreement for
Engineering Services" (hereinafter "Agreement has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of
May 1979.
